NCS Global Technology Sdn. Bhd. invites you to join us as a Junior HR Manager in a full-time role based at Bayan Lepas, Penang. You will lead HR strategies and initiatives, shaping talent management and employee engagement to support our growth and success.

You will develop policies, oversee the employee lifecycle, build a high-performing HR team, manage benefits and compliance, and promote a positive, inclusive culture across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of HR management experience.
• Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in data analysis and report generation using Microsoft Office suite.
