AN IT SERVICES SDN BHD' is looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As our HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR operations and contributing to the company's people-centric initiatives. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

What you'll be doing

Providing generalist HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Coordinating and facilitating HR-related training and development programmes.

Handling employee queries and providing guidance on HR-related matters.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive employee experience.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

Monitor employee performance and KPI tracking.

Assist in performance improvement plans and employee engagement initiatives.

Manage payroll processing, employee benefits, leave records, and attendance.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Prefer minimum 2-3 years of experience in a HR role

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems

Adaptable, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a people-centric approach

Proficiency in MANDARIN is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (spoken and written).
