Job summary

NCS Global Technology Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Junior HR Manager to lead HR strategies and initiatives from our Bayan Lepas, Penang office.

The role focuses on talent management, employee engagement, and driving HR excellence to support company growth. You will develop policies, manage the employee lifecycle, and build a high-performing HR team. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business and 4–5 years of HR experience, with Mandarin as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• 4–5 years of HR management experience.
• Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and programmes to attract, retain and develop top talent.
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding.
• Build and lead a high-performing HR team to deliver exceptional service and support to the business.
• Administer employee benefits, leave, and other HR-related policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Provide support and guidance on HR-related matters.
• Promote a positive, inclusive and engaging company culture.
