- Manage the full recruitment process – from job posting to selection.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs for both permanent and project-based staff.
- Manage onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
2.HR Operations & Compliance
- Handle HR documentation, employment contracts, and personnel files.
- Administer attendance, leave, and payroll data in coordination with the Finance team.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
3.Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contract for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Support initiatives that promote a positive, engaging, and collaborative work culture.
- Plan and execute staff engagement activities, team-building events, and welfare programs.
4.Performance Management
- Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisals and KPIs.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement and career growth.
5.Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external learning programs.
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness and employee development progress.
- Assist management in HR planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational development.
- Contribute ideas to improve HR systems, policies, and workflow efficiency.
Job Requirement
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, due to potential engagement with Mandarin-speaking partners or stakeholders.
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
