Job summary

vivo Malaysia is seeking an HR Intern to support recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations in a fast-paced consumer tech environment. You will assist with data management, HR documentation, and preparing reports while learning payroll and HR reporting practices.

You will also engage in training coordination and help arrange HR events, gaining practical exposure to HR policies and compliance in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (job posting, resume screening, interview coordination).
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exits.
• Assist in employee data management and HR documentation filing.
• Help prepare HR reports, letters, and internal communications.
• Support training & development coordination and record tracking.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR events.
