Job description

Join our HR team as a C&B Executive to support payroll and C&B operations while strengthening your HR expertise, developing your C&B knowledge, and growing your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

Administer compensation and benefits activities, including payroll processing, salary administration, allowances, employee claims, reimbursements, and employee benefits.

Ensure the accuracy of payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, leave, salary adjustments, and statutory contributions and deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB).

Support annual salary reviews, salary increments, performance bonuses, and other compensation-related exercises.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, personnel files, and attendance and leave records.

Prepare HR-related documentation, including employee confirmation letters, salary adjustment letters, and other personnel documents.

Ensure compliance with applicable Malaysian employment legislation, statutory requirements, and company policies and procedures.

Prepare payroll summaries, HR reports, headcount reports, and supporting documentation for internal and external audits.

Respond to employee enquiries regarding payroll, claims, leave, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.

Liaise with internal departments and relevant stakeholders to resolve HR-related matters and ensure timely follow-up.

Provide support for other HR functions, initiatives, and projects as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources, preferably in Compensation & Benefits, payroll, or HR operations.

Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.

Knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and statutory requirements related to payroll and employee benefits.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with good data management and reporting skills.

Demonstrates a positive attitude, willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Able to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and salary information.
