Agensi Pekerjaan GMRecruitment Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior HR professional to lead Compensation & Benefits in Cyberjaya. You will manage C&B activities, perform benchmarking and help with salary reviews and incentive programmes.

The role requires 5–8 years in HR with strong C&B exposure, solid Excel skills, and knowledge of Malaysia employment practices. You will partner with internal stakeholders to implement policies and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Support payroll and compensation-related matters.
• Prepare C&B reports, analysis and HR data for management.

• Ensure C&B practices comply with Malaysia employment regulations.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on HR and C&B projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to Compensation & Benefits.
• Hands-on experience in salary benchmarking, salary review, bonus/incentive and benefits management.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills with good attention to detail.
• Good understanding of Malaysia employment practices and statutory requirements.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (to support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Data Centre, Technology, Engineering or Construction industries is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Cyberjaya.
