Job summary

Core Consulting and Innovation Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Human Resources Executive in Malaysia to support end-to-end recruitment and HR processes. You will help enhance the employee experience, implement HR improvements, and contribute to engagement initiatives across the organization.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 1–3 years of HR experience, and strong communication skills.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Human Resources Executive to support the full spectrum of HR functions, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys brainstorming and introducing new ideas, and takes initiative in driving continuous improvements across HR processes, and is passionate about delivering a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to employee onboarding.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, and terminations.
• Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage employee training programs and learning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, labor regulations, and company policies.
• Actively contribute ideas and support the implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and programs that drive continuous improvement, enhance employee experience, and strengthen HR practices across the organization.
• Support general office administration activities and provide backup support for administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field
• CGPA 3.0 and above or equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, with experience in end-to-end recruitment considered an added advantage
• Able to work independently, adaptable to changing business needs, and possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Words, and PowerPoint
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
