Manage end-to-end payroll for local and foreign employees, including Mid-Month and End-Month payroll.
Process payroll using the Info-Tech Payroll System, ensuring accurate inputs, verification, processing, and finalization.
Process statutory contributions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB (MTD), CP38, and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment requirements.
Support the Group payroll function, prepare payroll/statutory reports, and handle employee payroll enquiries.
Manage HR documentation and processes for new joiners, confirmations, transfers, resignations and other employee movements across group.
Maintain and update employee information in the JOGET system, including employee records, email/NMS activation and IT equipment requests.
Ensure proper filing (P-File), documentation and confidentiality of all HR records and employee information.
Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower requisitions, job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements and candidate follow-ups.
Liaise with hiring managers and relevant departments to ensure recruitment requirements are fulfilled within the required timeline.
Coordinate pre-employment documentation and onboarding arrangements to ensure a smooth joining process for new employees.
Maintain recruitment records, trackers and related documentation.
Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in handling HR operations, payroll administration and recruitment.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll, statutory requirements, Employment Act 1955, compensation & benefits, and insurance matters.
Experience with Info-Tech Payroll System and good Microsoft Excel skills will be an advantage.
Good documentation and record-management skills.
Ability to manage recruitment coordination and employee onboarding processes.
Strong attention to detail with good numerical and analytical skills.
