We are looking for a hands‑on and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in monthly payroll processing, Malaysian labour law, HR administration and HRDF/HRD Corp training claims. Key responsibilities
- Handle and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage payroll-related matters including salary, overtime, allowances, deductions, statutory contributions and employee claims.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare payroll reports and support payroll reconciliation and checking.
- Liaise with relevant departments regarding attendance, leave, overtime and payroll matters.
- Ensure HR practices and company policies comply with Malaysian employment and labour laws.
- Keep updated on changes relating to the Employment Act 1955, EPF, SOCSO/PERKESO, EIS, PCB/LHDN and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters and other employee‑related documents.
- Handle employee queries relating to salary, leave, benefits, company policies and employment matters.
- Coordinate internal and external training programmes for employees.
About you
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in payroll processing.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and employment regulations.
- Familiar with statutory matters including EPF, SOCSO/PERKESO, EIS, PCB and LHDN.
- Good knowledge of HR administration and employee documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling payroll and employee records.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Payroll2u software is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Mature, responsible, organized and able to maintain confidentiality.
