What you need to do:

• Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, handle employee grievances and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and maintain up-to-date HR records.
• Culture & Engagement: Promote and maintain a strong company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
• Leadership & Support: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Payroll Processing: Ensure the accuracy of payroll data, e.g. overtime payment, etc.

What we need from you:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR role, with a proven track record in strategic HR management.

Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws (Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in HR software.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently.
