Job summary

Wei Kwang Electrical & Air-Cond Engineering Works in Johor Bahru is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support payroll, attendance, and HR administration within a growing team. You will prepare HR letters, maintain HR policy, conduct staff orientation, and assist the HR Executive in day-to-day operations.

You will liaise with government authorities and HR-related agencies as needed, maintain an accurate employee database, and contribute to employee welfare programs and company activities.

• Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves.
• Liaise with government authorities, HR agencies and foreign worker agencies.
• Assist HR Executive in day-to-day operations.
• Oversee Annual Leave, Annual Bonus, Incentive programs.
• Support Medical Benefits and claims processing.
• Support company trips and related activities.
