Job summary

Weixing Media in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Recruitment Assistant. You will post ads on JobStreet and social media, source candidates, and arrange interviews to support our hiring needs.

Mandarin is required; multi-language ability is a plus. Training will be provided, and you will help with onboarding, candidate records, and coordination with the Operations Team to meet monthly targets.

• Post and manage job advertisements on JobStreet and social media.
• Source and contact potential candidates.
• Arrange and conduct interviews.
• Explain job scope, salary package and company details to candidates.
• Follow up with candidates after interview and during trial period.
• Assist with onboarding and new employee arrangements.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates.
• Work closely with the Operations Team on hiring needs.
• Support recruitment for Live Streamer, Live Moderator and HR positions.
• Achieve monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements

Working Arrangement

• 5 or 6 working days available
