Job summary

Vivastar Entertainment Sdn Bhd is seeking a Live Moderator Assistant to support streamer management and recruitment operations. You will recruit and onboard streamers, manage 5–10 accounts, and liaise with the Operations Team to ensure smooth daily workflows. The role requires Mandarin proficiency, strong communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is required for regular communication with Mandarin-speaking streamers and team members.

You will be responsible for recruiting new streamers, managing assigned streamers, coordinating with the Operations Team, and following up on streamer-related matters to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard new streamers

Manage and support approximately 5–10 assigned streamers

Communicate and coordinate work between streamers and the Operations Team

Follow up on streamer attendance, performance and work-related matters

Assist streamers with day-to-day enquiries and operational issues

Maintain good communication and relationships with assigned streamers

Monitor streamer progress and provide regular follow-ups

Assist with other recruitment and streamer management tasks when required

Requirements

Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking streamers and team members

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable communicating with and managing multiple people

Responsible, organised and able to follow up on tasks

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in recruitment, HR, sales, customer service or streamer management is an advantage

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: RM2,500

Commission: Available based on performance
