Job summary

AX-Talents International HR Services in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a recruitment professional to source and onboard livestreamers, hosts, and KOLs for leading platforms. You will build a talent pool, negotiate terms, and manage full-cycle recruitment including onboarding and HR admin.

The role requires Mandarin fluency (English/Malay a plus) and at least 2 years in recruitment. Familiarity with SOCSO/EPF processes and regional collaboration are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
• English and Malay are a plus.
• Experience recruiting livestreamers, hosts, KOLs, or sales talent is an advantage.
• Familiar with SOCSO and EPF application processes.
• Diploma or above in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
