We are seeking an experienced, ethical, and upright Human Resource Manager to lead and oversee our entire HR division. The ideal candidate is an exceptional people manager who can act as a strategic partner to our directors while advocating for our team members. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR operations, from recruitment and payroll management to policy creation, employee relations, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Recruitment & Hiring: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Budget Management: Create comprehensive budgets for hiring, training, and department operations. Strictly monitor and adhere to the approved budget.
HR Operations & Leadership
Division Leadership: Manage and oversee the entire HR division, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Payroll Management: Oversee and manage the Payroll Team, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely compensation for all employees.
Policy & SOP Creation: Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure legal compliance and operational consistency.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to maximize team efficiencies across the organization.
Employee Relations & Conflict Management
Stakeholder Management: Confidently manage relationships across all levels of the company, serving as a trusted advisor to both company directors and general team members.
Disciplinary Action & Terminations: Handle delicate employee relations, including managing difficult employees, conducting disciplinary hearings, and executing employee terminations professionally and legally.
Performance & Development
Incentive Programs: Design and manage employee incentive programs to boost morale and productivity.
Peer Evaluation: Implement and oversee internal peer evaluation systems to ensure fair and constructive performance reviews.
Training Programs: Identify skill gaps and create impactful training and development programs to foster continuous learning for team members.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR leadership role.
Industry Experience: Background in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry is highly advantageous.
Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll processing, and best practices in HR management.
Experience in budget creation and financial tracking for HR departments.
