KHK Plantation in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a Human Resources Executive to support daily HR operations with a focus on payroll, employee administration and HR systems. You will collaborate with employees, HODs and Management to ensure compliant HR processes and assist in HR projects and audits.

We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to support the day-to-day HR operations, with a key focus on payroll, employee administration and HR systems. The role will work closely with employees, HODs and Management to ensure smooth HR processes and compliance with statutory requirements. The position will also support HR projects, audits and other HR initiatives as required.
Payroll & Compensation
Manage monthly payroll administration and coordinate with employees to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Coordinate annual performance appraisal exercises with HODs and compile data for salary review and performance analysis.
Manage employee expense claims and provide recommendations to improve the claims process and workflow.
HR Administration
Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, staff correspondence and HR System information.
Manage the E-Leave System and coordinate with employees on leave applications and related administrative matters.
Maintain the HR Information System and liaise with system vendors and MIS on system updates and maintenance.
HR Operations & Compliance
Support HR compliance by keeping updated on relevant employment legislation and statutory requirements.
Manage departmental administration including meeting minutes, purchase requisitions, stationery and fixed asset records.
Assist in planning and implementing HR projects and initiatives to support departmental and business requirements.
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Human Resources and Payroll Management.
Good knowledge of HR functions including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Industrial Relations.
Strong attention to detail with good organisational and administrative skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
