Join as HR Executive to drive recruitment, payroll, onboarding and HR compliance for a multi-outlet team. You will help shape workforce strategies while ensuring accurate payroll and people processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• No prior experience required; F&B/retail experience a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Familiarity with payroll calculations and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from posting ads to interviewing candidates.
• Administer payroll calculations and ensure timely payments.

What you'll be doing?

• Manage recruitment: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from posting ads to interviewing candidates, ensuring our retail outlets are well-staffed.
• Administer payroll: Handle payroll calculations and preparation, ensuring timely and accurate payments for all staff.
• Ensure HR compliance: Maintain organized personnel files, track attendance and leave, and ensure all HR processes align with Malaysian labor laws.
• Facilitate onboarding: Welcome new hires with a seamless onboarding process and support employee queries and workplace culture initiatives.
• Prepare reports: Generate essential metrics on recruitment, retention, and attendance to help the company grow smarter.

Who are they looking for?

• Education: A Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Experience: Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply! Experience in F&B or retail is a plus.
• Language skills: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory for effective communication.
• Core skills: Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace and payroll calculations is essential for this role.
• Soft skills: Ability to multitask, handle confidential information with integrity, and communicate effectively across the organization.
• Bonus if you have:
  • Prior experience supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes in a fast-paced multi-outlet retail or F&B environment
