Job summary

Pan Asian Dairies Sdn Bhd, based in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan, invites you to join as a full-time HR Executive. You will support HR operations, recruit, manage payroll, and contribute to handbook creation and staff development.

This role reports to the HR Manager in a growing dairy company. We seek a Diploma or Degree in HR Management with 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems (HRIS).
• Knowledge of HR laws and best practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out clerical duties such as answering calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
• Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room schedules.
• Maintain general office and HR-related files (job files, vendor files, etc.).
• Oversee office facilities and equipment maintenance.
• Renew related licenses and ensure compliance.
• Assist in day-to-day HR matters including recruitment, payroll, employee handbook, and staff performance.
• Handle other HR and administration tasks as needed.

Reporting to the HR Manager, this full-time HR Executive position at PAN ASIAN DAIRIES SDN BHD offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization in the dairy industry. Based in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan, you will play a key role in supporting the company's HR operations and contributing to its overall success.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
• Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule.
• Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
• Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
• Renewal of related license.
• Assist in day-to-day operational HR matter including recruitment, training, payroll, preparation of employee's handbook, staff performance etc.
• Any other task related to human resource and administration.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficient in MS Office applications and HR information systems
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
