Job summary

Globalship Engineering & Welding Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent payroll professional to manage monthly payroll processes in Malaysia. You will ensure accurate salary calculations, overtime, allowances, deductions, and final payments while maintaining meticulous payroll records.

The role requires handling statutory contributions and submissions to relevant government agencies, monitoring attendance and leave, and performing ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within the stipulated timeline.
• Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and final payments.
• Maintain employee payroll records and related documentation.
• Handle statutory contributions and submissions to government agencies.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and other payroll-related data.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
