Job summary

TVG Consulting Sdn.Bhd is seeking a payroll-oriented professional in Kuala Lumpur to process monthly payroll accurately and on time. You will verify attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, claims and deductions while maintaining payroll records with confidentiality.

The role includes assisting with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB submissions, preparing payslips, and supporting HR administration. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and you should be proficient in Excel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of Malaysian payroll and statutory requirements.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Experience with HR/payroll software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
