Job summary

MyBolehBoleh Sdn.Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. You will support HR strategies, foster a positive workplace culture, manage employee relations, and ensure excellence in HR-related matters.

The role covers recruitment coordination, onboarding, payroll support, HR data management, training and policy development. You will collaborate with the team to drive people initiatives and ensure compliance with Malaysian laws.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR or similar role.
• Knowledge of Malaysia employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment and selection: job postings, screening, interviews, coordinating with hiring managers.
• Manage onboarding and induction programmes for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Support payroll, benefits and compensation administration.
• Handle employee inquiries and HR-related issues professionally and timely.
• Coordinate and organise employee engagement and training activities.
• Assist with performance management processes and appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations and company policies.
• Support preparation of HR reports and analytics.
• Contribute to development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Human Resource Executive

MyBolehBoleh Sdn.Bhd is seeking a Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur on a full-time basis. This is a pivotal role within our Human Resources department, where you will play a key part in supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive organisational success. As a Human Resource Executive, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture, managing employee relations, and ensuring our company operates with excellence in all HR-related matters. Key responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening of applications, conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Manage employee onboarding and induction programmes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organisation
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in compliance with data protection regulations
• Support the administration of payroll, benefits and compensation programmes

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a human resources role or similar administrative function
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Malaysia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems
• Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Preferred experience in employee relations, recruitment coordination or payroll administration
