About the role

We are seeking a driven and meticulous Human Resource Executive to join our team at LEE THONG HUNG TRADING & TRANSPORT SDN. BHD. in Gebeng, Pahang. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in managing all HR-related functions and supporting the overall growth and development of our organization.

What you\'ll be doing

Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding

Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases

Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Coordinating employee benefits, compensation, and payroll administration

Providing HR support and guidance to managers and employees

Assisting with employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters

Ensuring compliance with labour laws, regulations, and internal policies

Participating in HR projects and initiatives to drive organisational efficiency and employee engagement

What we\'re looking for

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the consulting or logistics industry

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in HR data management and reporting

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work
