LEE THONG HUNG TRADING & TRANSPORT SDN. BHD. in Gebeng, Pahang seeks a driven HR Executive to manage HR functions and support organizational growth. This full-time role covers recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and policy development.

You will maintain HR records, ensure compliance with labour laws, and collaborate with managers to enhance employee engagement. A degree in HR/related field and 3+ years’ experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in HR data management and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance, offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate benefits, compensation, and payroll administration.
• Provide HR support and guidance to managers and staff.
• Handle employee relations, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
• Contribute to HR projects to improve efficiency and engagement.
