Looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support our hiring operations for factory clients in Bayan Lepas. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating onboarding, managing documentation, communicating with clients, and ensuring workers' attendance and welfare are well-managed throughout their employment journey.
The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be well-organised, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and schedule interviews for factory worker placements
- Coordinate worker onboarding, documentation, and deployment to client sites
- Prepare, collect, and maintain employee documentation, including personal records, employment documents, and onboarding forms
- Communicate and coordinate regularly with clients, factory supervisors, and workers* regarding recruitment, deployment, attendance, and worker-related matters
- Compile and monitor workers' daily/monthly attendance records and prepare attendance reports for payroll and client submission
- Follow up with clients on attendance, absenteeism, late coming, and other worker-related matters
- Monitor worker attendance, welfare, and accommodation needs
- Handle worker-related issues and provide timely resolutions
- Conduct regular follow-ups with workers to ensure smooth employment and address any concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and recruitment records
- Prepare basic reports and updates on recruitment, worker headcount, attendance, and deployment status
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth payroll, documentation, and worker administration
- Travel locally when required to visit hostels, client factories, interviews, or worker-related matters
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, HR, manpower supply, or related roles is preferred
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable communicating with both workers and factory management
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Well-organised and detail-oriented, especially with documentation and attendance records
- Willing to travel locally when needed
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia*; English or other languages are an added advantage
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
