Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to support Recruitment, Training and HR Administration across corporate and manufacturing operations. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist in offering and onboarding for new hires.
The role covers training development, HRD Corp management, records maintenance, and ad hoc HR projects. Strong coordination and communication are essential, Mandarin is a plus, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and shortlisting for corporate and operational roles.
Talent Sourcing: Identify and leverage suitable recruitment channels, job portals, and agencies to build a robust talent pipeline.
Selection & Hiring: Coordinate interview schedules, gather hiring manager feedback, assist in selection decisions, and prepare employment offer packages.
Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate new hire onboarding, conduct orientation programs, and ensure a seamless integration process for new employees.
Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Assist in performance evaluation processes to identify performance gaps and determine overall training and development needs.
Program Sourcing & Proposal: Research and source relevant internal, external, and on-the-job training programs aligned with role requirements, presenting recommendations to management.
HRD Corp / HRDF Management: Oversee all HRD Corp (Human Resource Development Fund) activities, including grant applications, claims submission, levy utilization, and liaison with government agencies.
Training Records & Evaluation: Maintain accurate training records, track training hours, and measure post-training effectiveness through employee evaluations and feedback.
Record Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records, training files, and recruitment documentation in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Projects & Initiatives: Support ad-hoc HR projects and digital transformation initiatives as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, or related discipline
At least 2 years of relevant experience in payroll, recruitment, training functions, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Strong coordination, communication, and execution skills
Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
Proactive and able to work independently
Responsible, result-oriented, and self-motivated
Positive working attitude and good psychological resilience
