Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to design and implement recruitment strategies across Malaysia and manage end-to-end processes from posting jobs to onboarding new hires.

You will liaise with hiring managers, screen candidates, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, post advertisements on social media and portals, and build talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs, while tracking metrics and ensuring accurate records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field.
• Fluent Mandarin to liaise with HQ China.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent resistance to pressure.
• Fresh graduates or 1–3 years HR experience welcomed.
