Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to partner with stakeholders and drive end-to-end hiring processes. The role focuses on building pipelines, evaluating candidates, and advising business units on recruitment decisions.

The candidate will explore multiple sourcing tools and media, map talent pools through market trends, and nurture networks to support ongoing talent needs within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least 1 year of recruiting experience.
• Strong network in relevant domains, especially supply chain/logistics.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
• Agency or consulting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill hiring needs and own the recruitment process end-to-end.
• Optimize sourcing across multiple tools and media to build a strong candidate pool.
• Build and maintain a recruitment database, conduct in-depth assessments, and advise on hiring decisions.
• Conduct market research to map talent pools and inform hiring strategy.
• Engage with the market to build a professional network for future openings.

Job Responsibility

• Work closely with stakeholders in fulfilling and take full responsibilities in hiring needs.
• Multifaceted in optimizing and working with multiple sourcing tools and medias
• Covering end to end recruitment process including, not limited to building database, conducting in depth assessment, advising business unit in making decision and ensure onboarding plans
• Doing market research and trends in order to map out potential talent pool
• Engage and build your own network in the market

Job Requirements To succeed in this role, you must have

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar, with at least 1 years of working experiences as recruiter
• In depth knowledge and great network in supply chain / logistic business
• Working cohesively with the team and across departments
