Job Summary
Manage HR and administration operations including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance, hostel, facilities and employee welfare.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including manpower requisition, job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and onboarding.
Coordinate employee confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation and termination processes.
Manage employee relations and disciplinary matters, including investigations, counselling, show cause and warning letters.
Support payroll preparation, attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, claims and statutory submissions.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate training programmes, HRDC claims, onboarding and employee development activities.
Prepare HR reports covering headcount, recruitment, turnover, attendance, leave, disciplinary matters and training.
Ensure HR operations comply with the Employment Act 1955, company policies and applicable labour requirements.
Support employee engagement, performance management, HR digitalisation and organisational improvement initiatives.
Oversee foreign worker hostel operations and ensure compliance with Act 446, JTKSM and relevant requirements.
Coordinate factory and office facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, security and transportation.
Manage canteen operations, employee welfare facilities and related service providers.
Manage administration-related vendors, contracts, quotations and service performance.
Monitor HR & Administration budgets, operating expenses and company assets.
Liaise with government agencies and external parties on HR and administrative matters.
Support internal, customer and social compliance audits and management reviews.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives relating to HR and Administration operations.
Supervise and guide junior HR & Administration team members where applicable.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
5–8 years of relevant experience in full-spectrum HR & Administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong working knowledge of Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations, Act 446 and Immigration requirements.
Hands‑on experience in recruitment, payroll administration, disciplinary management, training, HRIS, attendance systems and statutory compliance.
Experience in foreign worker administration, hostel management, security, transportation, facilities and vendor management is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR administration and reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS, report writing and data analysis.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
Proactive, accountable, adaptable and able to work independently across multiple business units.
