Denshi Maruwa Industries is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage the full spectrum of HR functions in Selangor, Malaysia. You will handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, promotions and terminations, while prioritising ER/IR matters and regulatory compliance.
You will develop HR policies, coordinate training plans, oversee ISO compliance, administration and facility matters, and liaise with government bodies.
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, promotion, performance management, resignation and termination.
Handle Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) matters, including disciplinary cases, grievances, domestic inquiries and employee disputes.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements, including Employment Act (EA), Industrial Relations Act (IRA), EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN/PCB, HRD Corp and other applicable regulations.
Keep updated on changes and amendments to employment legislation and statutory requirements and ensure timely implementation.
Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, Employee Handbook, forms and HR systems.
Plan and coordinate Training Needs Analysis (TNA), annual training plans, training budget and employee development programmes.

Ensure the HR & Administration Department is fully compliant with applicable ISO requirements.
Maintain proper HR/Admin documentation and records for internal and external audits.
Coordinate audit preparation, corrective actions and follow-up to ensure the department successfully passes ISO audits.
Ensure company licences, permits, certificates and regulatory approvals are properly maintained and renewed on time.
Manage daily Administration functions, office facilities, company assets, vendors, contractors, utilities and general services.
Manage Staff Hostel / Accommodation, including registration, room allocation, cleanliness, maintenance, welfare, house rules and compliance with relevant requirements.
Oversee employee welfare facilities such as canteen, transportation, uniforms and other general services where applicable.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants and service providers on facility maintenance and improvement works.
Coordinate and follow up on ongoing factory expansion, facility and infrastructure projects, including electrical, water/wastewater treatment, civil and building works.
Liaise with relevant government authorities and agencies, including BOMBA, DOE/JAS, DOSH/JKKP, MITI, AELB, TNB, water authority, TM, Maxis, local authorities and other relevant bodies.
Monitor project progress, regulatory submissions, approvals, inspections and renewal deadlines.
Prepare updates and reports for Management as required.
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR & Administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and statutory requirements.
Experience in recruitment, ER/IR, disciplinary management, training and HR administration.
Experience in ISO audit, compliance and documentation.
Experience in staff hostel/accommodation and facility management is an advantage.
Strong coordination, follow-up, communication and problem-solving skills.
Hands‑on, proactive, independent and able to work in a fast-paced expansion environment.
Good command of English, Mandarin and Malay to liaise with diverse clients, suppliers, or associates.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/Admin systems.
