We are seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to lead the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, HR operations and organisational development, while providing practical HR recommendations and solutions to Management.
The role requires a hands-on and independent HR professional who can manage day-to-day HR operations, lead HR initiatives and work closely with Management and department heads to support business growth.
Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Experience in manufacturing, construction, engineering, industrial or precast environments.
Proven experience managing a workforce of 100 employees or more.
Strong knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relations and HR best practices.
Hands-on experience in disciplinary matters, domestic inquiries, employee grievances and performance management.
Proven experience in recruitment and manpower planning.
Experience managing employee appraisal, salary review and retention programmes.
Experience supervising and developing HR & Administration team members.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with Management, department heads and employees.
Comfortable liaising with external authorities and business stakeholders.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage due to communication requirements with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and business associates.
