Job summary

Apex Packaging Sdn Bhd in Klang is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to support manpower interviews, welfare monitoring, and disciplinary consultations, with duties including completing HR reports and handling supplier communications.

You will issue DOs and invoices using Autocount, prepare monthly stock and packaging material balance reports, issue purchase orders to suppliers, and participate in stock counts.

Qualifications

• Basic educational qualification as stated (SPM/O Level or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of working experience in HR or related field.
• Preferably Junior Executive with manufacturing industry exposure.

Responsibilities

• Arrange manpower interviews.
• Monitor workers' welfare and provide disciplinary consultation.
• Complete HR reports.
• Issue customer Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices using Autocount.
• Prepare monthly stock and packaging material balance reports.
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers for packaging materials.
• Participate in stock counts.

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in Others or equivalent.

At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.

Preferable working in manufacturing industry.
