Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Hub Operations Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to oversee daily hub operations, supervise staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at our recreational hub in Selangor, Malaysia.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B, or Recreation Management, basic food safety knowledge, and Mandarin proficiency. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this hands-on leadership position.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, F&B, Recreation Management or related field.
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Experience in early childhood education, F&B, or recreational facility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hub operations in line with company QSC standards.
• Supervise front desk, registration, payments and inquiries.
• Greet guests, handle feedback or complaints, and resolve issues quickly.
• Monitor hub facilities and equipment for cleanliness and proper functioning.
• Be physically fit to perform basic tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
• Conduct regular checks and promptly report damage or maintenance issues.
• Assist in organizing and running hub events and social gatherings.

Hub Operations Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible Hub Operations Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the recreational hub, including staff supervision, customer service, safety, cleanliness and overall operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to ensure smooth hub operations while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee daily hub operations to ensure compliance with company standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).
• Supervise front desk, registration, payments and enquiries.
• Greet guests, handle feedback or complaints, and resolve issues quickly.
• Monitoring the condition, cleanliness and proper functioning of hub facilities and equipment.
• Physically fit and able to perform basic manual tasks, including lifting, carrying, moving materials, and handling goods safely.
• Conduct regular checks and promptly report any damage, defects or maintenance issues.
• Assist with organizing and running hubs events and social gatherings.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B, Recreation Management or a related field.
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
