Job summary

myQuickHR Sdn Bhd, a leading HR tech company in Kuala Lumpur, invites a customer-focused support professional to join the HR Avenue team. You will handle user requests, test system changes, and ensure data security standards are met in daily operations.

You will provide first-line care after implementations, guide clients on HR Avenue features, and maintain strong communication across technical and business teams to resolve issues within SLA.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR applications via calls, emails, or tickets.
• Experience testing systems for bug fixes and enhancements.
• Able to communicate complex issues clearly.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with HR IT business systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service functions by answering customer requests and ad hoc questions.
• Implement and ensure adherence to security and data standards.
• Ensure system testing is performed according to testing policy and standards.
• Provide first-line support on the system after completion of the implementation project.
• Advise client’s business and core application team in utilizing HR Avenue features and supported functionalities.
• Follow up on unresolved issues via online support system and ensure resolution within agreed SLA.
