myQuickHR Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an IT Analytics professional to gather and translate client requirements into technical specs, workflows and data models.

You will design database structures, create use-case documents, and support testing, releases, and user training across HR solutions.

The role requires strong SQL, BI, and reporting skills, with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and the ability to work independently in Kuala Lumpur.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in IT Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in HR-related IT systems is an advantage.
• Understanding of software testing and release management processes.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
