Job summary

myQuickHR is seeking an HRMS Implementation Specialist to drive end-to-end HRMS deployments, ensuring configurations align with client HR and business needs. You will analyze requirements, map data migrations, and coordinate with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role requires strong knowledge of HR processes, Malaysia HR law, SQL/BI skills, and excellent communication. Experience in testing and documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as HRMS system specialist.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and produce system design.
• Conduct Business Requirement / Fit Gap studies for HRMS implementations, upgrades and enhancements.
• Understand and document client requirements and map data for migration.
• Collaborate with development team on system design and build.
• Provide solution ownership and ensure delivery meets contract requirements.
• Produce verification reports and support client verification exercises.
• Assist with guidelines, documentation, and training material for localization.
