Job summary

Radii Global is seeking an HRIS implementation professional in Malaysia to drive end-to-end HRMS projects from planning to go-live. You will coordinate implementation activities, validate configurations, lead testing (UAT) and support training and change management across multiple vendors and stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on experience in HR and payroll processes, payroll parallel runs, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• End-to-end HRMS implementation experience required.
• Completed at least one full HRMS implementation cycle as client-side resource.
• Hands-on UAT execution and testing coordination.
• Good understanding of HR and payroll processes.
• Experience with payroll parallel run and system migrations.
• Experience delivering training and enabling end-users.
• Strong written English for training materials and test cases.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced project environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support HRIS project implementation activities, timelines and vendor coordination.
• Monitor progress, track actions and follow up on deliverables.
• Lead system testing including UAT prep, execution, and defect tracking.
• Review configurations against business requirements and policies.
• Lead payroll parallel run activities with reconciliation and sign-off.
• Prepare user guides and training materials; support end-user training sessions.
• Support change management including communication and user readiness.
• Maintain project documentation and implementation records.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for go-live readiness.
