Job summary

MyQuickHR Sdn Bhd, a leading HR technology company in Malaysia, seeks a seasoned IT project manager to drive HRMS implementation projects from initiation to deployment. You will lead project teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget.

Requirements include minimum 10 years in IT project management with HRMS rollout experience; PMP or PRINCE II certification is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management experience, especially HRMS rollouts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong organizational, documentation and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in project consultation, process optimization and SDLC management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Execute projects based on Project Management Life-Cycle (PDLC).
• Lead and manage project teams effectively.
• Plan and manage resource allocation and system implementation.
• Coordinate with clients for project solutions, timelines and implementation plans.
• Prepare documentation: minutes, progress reports and project updates.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
