Job summary

Applied Integrators Sdn Bhd, Malaysia-based business software provider behind myQuickHR, seeks an Account & Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, account expansion and renewals. You will coordinate with the technical, implementation, support and product teams to align solutions with client needs.

Familiarity with HRMS, payroll, ERP or accounting software and a proven track record of hitting sales targets are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.
Experience in HRMS, payroll software, ERP, accounting software or other B2B technology solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in SME or fast-moving team is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, needs analysis, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiation and deal closure.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Prepare quotations and pricing proposals based on customer requirements and approved pricing structures.
Negotiate commercial terms and discounts while protecting company revenue and profitability.
Ensure pricing exceptions and non-standard commitments obtain the necessary management approval.
Maintain strong customer relationships, manage subscription renewals and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Monitor customer satisfaction and retention risks, coordinating with relevant teams to address concerns.
Ensure proper handover of confirmed sales to the Implementation team and coordinate with Technical, Support and Product teams to address customer needs.
Monitor competitor offerings, pricing and market trends to identify business opportunities.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, forecasts and account development.
Communicate customer feedback and product requirements to Management and the Product team.
