Job summary

PwC Malaysia seeks a Senior Associate to join our Workforce team, focusing on HR systems integration and payroll data flows. You will design data mapping between Oracle HCM and PwC’s HCM Product, develop and test integration workflows, and collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT to ensure data integrity.

The role requires 5+ years in HCM implementation or system integration, Oracle HCM expertise, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HCM implementation or system integration roles.
• Experience implementing Oracle HCM modules (Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Claims).
• Proficient in data mapping and integration testing.
• Familiar with integration tools and middleware.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess current HR and payroll systems to define integration requirements.
• Design mappings between Oracle HCM and PwC's HCM product.
• Develop and test integration scripts and APIs.
• Monitor data integrity and performance of integrations.
• Provide documentation and client-facing support as needed.
