PwC Malaysia is seeking an Experienced Associate in our Workforce Management practice to help deliver AI-enhanced workforce and HR transformation solutions for clients. You will mentor juniors, manage workstreams end-to-end, and apply analytics to HR programs across local, regional and global engagements.

The role focuses on people analytics, HR operating models, service delivery optimization, and employee experience, using tools like Excel, Power BI and Python/R to drive insights and impact.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; HRM degree is an added advantage.
• Experience with workforce management, people analytics or HR tech advisory is required.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and client deliverables.
