PwC Malaysia is hiring an Experienced Associate for HRMS Business Process & Automation Specialist. You will improve workflows, data flows, controls and systems supporting accounting, finance and payroll operations. The role focuses on automating HR processes with low-code tools, dashboards and AI-enabled solutions.

You will work with multiple stakeholders to test, refine and implement practical improvements, measure outcomes, and train users while maintaining data confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience in accounting, finance, payroll, HR operations, or similar.

As a Business Process & Automation Specialist in the Managed Services team, you will improve the workflows, data flows, controls and systems that support accounting, finance and payroll operations. You will identify manual or inefficient work, understand the causes of problems and develop practical ways to improve accuracy, strengthen controls and reduce effort.

Joining our HRMS team means becoming a key member of a team dedicated to automating and optimising HR processes for businesses . Working with accounting, finance and payroll teams, Managed Services, Technology and other stakeholders, you will turn improvement opportunities into practical solutions, including workflow automations, low-code applications, dashboards, AI-enabled tools and prototypes. You will help shape, test and implement solutions that meet business needs.
