Peoplebank Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an HRIS Project & Application Support Manager to oversee HR technology projects, support operations, and governance across enterprise HR systems. The role partners with HR stakeholders, external vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure stable services and successful project delivery.

You will manage HR application support, service performance, and cross-functional coordination, including IAM, SSO, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in HR technology or enterprise application delivery.
• Experience with HR platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, Glint, or similar.
• Strong project delivery, support, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, AD, SSO, identity and access management, and user provisioning.
• Familiarity with APIs, SFTP-based integrations, and enterprise onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Oversee HR technology projects, enhancements, releases, and upgrades ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and requirements.
• Coordinate activities across stakeholders, vendors, and internal tech teams to manage risks and issues.
• Lead testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for BAU operations.
