Job summary

Mister Mobile Trading Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to strengthen our HR infrastructure and drive compliant, scalable HR practices in Singapore. The role focuses on end-to-end HR process excellence, payroll management, HRIS implementation, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will implement structured processes across the employee lifecycle, develop policies in line with local regulations, and lead system automation to improve efficiency and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field.
• 3-4 years of HR operations experience.
• Hands-on experience managing full-cycle payroll.
• Experience in HRIS implementation, migration, or system enhancements.
• Track record in process improvement and operational excellence.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational, planning, and execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• IHRP-CP certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and implement structured HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Draft, update HR policies and governance in line with Singapore regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost HR efficiency, governance, and employee experience.
• Establish audit-ready HR documentation and processes.
