Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking an experienced HR technology program lead to own the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of HR technology solutions. You will act as the primary liaison between HR, vendors, and internal technology teams to ensure stable operations and successful project delivery.

The role requires 10–12 years in HR tech delivery, with hands-on experience in platforms like Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and Glint.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in HR technology project delivery or IT service management.
• Experience supporting HR technology platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, Glint.
• Strong project, stakeholder, and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR technology projects, system enhancements, releases, and vendor engagements.
• Coordinate application support activities including incident, problem, change, and service requests.
• Serve as primary contact between HR, vendors, and enterprise technology teams.
• Coordinate with Entra ID, Active Directory, SFTP, Network, Security, Infrastructure, and Integration teams to support operations and delivery.
• Support administration activities including SSO, user provisioning, access management, group assignments, and certificate renewals.
• Monitor service performance and conduct SLA reviews with vendors and support teams.
