Job summary

Prudential in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR technology professional to lead the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of HR tech solutions. You will act as the primary liaison between HR, vendors, and internal technology teams to ensure stable operations and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include managing projects, coordinating incident and change management, implementing SSO, and monitoring SLAs.

Qualifications

10–12 years in HR technology project delivery or IT service roles.
Experience with Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, Glint, and HR applications.
Strong project management, stakeholder, and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage HR technology projects, system enhancements, releases, and vendor engagements.
Coordinate incident, problem, change, and service request management.
Serve as primary contact between HR, vendors, and enterprise technology teams.
Coordinate with Entra ID, Active Directory, SFTP, Network, Security, and Integration teams.
Support app administration including SSO, user provisioning, and access management.
Monitor service performance and review SLAs with vendors and support teams.
Produce operational reporting and updates on service health and risks.
