Hartalega NGC Sdn Bhd seeks an HR Systems Expert to oversee the organization’s HR platforms, including SuccessFactors, iNet and Saba. You will ensure security, user access management and data integrity across all HR systems.

You will translate business needs into functional requirements, lead HRIS projects, and maintain system performance and reporting efficiency. A degree in CS/IS and 2+ years in HCM advisory or SAAS/cloud consulting are required.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience in HCM process advisory/design or HCM SAAS/cloud consulting.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors modules such as Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Learning, Integrations, Security.
• Experience with SF implementation life cycle: requirements, gap analysis, design, UAT, training, deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as go-to expert for HR systems (SuccessFactors, iNet, Saba).
• Ensure security, end-user access, and data integrity across HR platforms.
• Participate in HR project activities with HRMS focus.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and coordinate project work plans.
• Maintain/improve HR systems for operations and reporting efficiency.
• Design and generate queries, reports, and dashboards for HR.
• Research new technologies to support HR department.
• Act as Level 2 expert for evaluating HR system issues and enhancements.
