Job summary

Sika Corporation seeks an HRIS Support Specialist based in Kuala Lumpur to support SAP SuccessFactors across the EMEA region. The role emphasizes system stability, data quality, and efficient HR processes in a multi-country environment.

You will work with global, regional and local stakeholders to drive improvements, support reporting needs, and ensure smooth HRIS operations. Strong English and cross-cultural collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT, Economics or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar support function with knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Suite.
• Superuser experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Excellent oral and written English; any other European language is a plus.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain SAP SuccessFactors functionalities across modules.
• Handle tickets, resolve incidents and escalate to Functional Lead when necessary.
• Develop and implement changes in SuccessFactors at Corporate, Regional and Local levels.
• Ensure data quality and reporting capabilities across regions.
• Maintain up-to-date global documentation and support materials.
• Collaborate with HR and regional teams across time zones to drive improvements.
