Sika seeks an HRIS Support Specialist based in Kuala Lumpur to join the Corporate HRIS team. You will ensure the SAP SuccessFactors environment runs smoothly across multiple countries, resolving incidents, driving improvements, and supporting stakeholders worldwide.

You will work closely with global, regional and local teams, focusing on data quality, reporting, and efficient HR processes while promoting adoption of HR tech solutions within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT, Economics or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar support function with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Superuser experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Outstanding customer service orientation.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Capable of performing multiple tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient user of MS Office.
• Excellent oral and written English; other European languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support and maintain SAP SuccessFactors across multiple regions.
• Handle tickets and incident resolution; escalate when needed.
• Develop and scale support across Corporate, Regional and Local levels.
• Manage change requests in SuccessFactors.
• Understand system capabilities and configurations across modules.
• Monitor and improve data quality.
• Maintain relationships with HR stakeholders to enhance HRIS capabilities.
• Participate in design, configuration, testing, training, and support phases.
• Develop and support reporting capabilities.
