PRASARANA Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Manager, HRIS & HR Technology Projects to lead HRIS operations, system implementations and digital transformation efforts across HR functions. The role focuses on reliable, secure, integrated platforms, driving automation, and enhanced employee experience.

You will collaborate with Payroll, Recruitment, Benefits, Performance and Learning teams, ensuring data accuracy, governance and scalable solutions while managing vendor relationships and project delivery

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related discipline.
• 5+ years in HRIS/HR technology roles is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee HRIS management and operations, ensuring system availability, security, and data integrity.
• Lead end-to-end HR system implementations and upgrades, from requirements to post-implementation support.
• Drive business process improvement and digitalisation across HR functions.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement with HR, IT, Finance, Procurement and vendors.
• Ensure governance, data privacy and compliance across HR technology platforms.
